Jazer is one of the Geniuses of the Seventh Hour. In the Nuctemeron, Jazer is called the Genius that Compels Love; its epithet in Theldesia is currently unknown.
It is one of the Genii who have escaped the Prison of Time with Taliktan's help. Currently, it is residing in Indicus' right eye.[1]

Little is known about its true abilities right now. However, its official description says it controls "mind trafficking" (精神売買).
