The New Round Table Council is the successor and restructurization of the original Round Table Alliance after its collapse during Log Horizon 12: Collapse of the Round Table.
The representative of the New Round Table Council is now Raynesia, replacing Krusty, and Li Gan and Kinjo are members of the New Round Table Council as advisers and representatives for the People of the Earth.
Aside from some renaming, restructuring, and relocation of some guilds, most of its former members remained in the New Round Table Conference, with the exception of Grandale and the now-disbanded Honesty. Silver Sword, whose leader William Massachusetts declined to join the original Round Table Conference, joined the New Round Table Conference as the representative for the Ezzo Empire.

The line-up of the New Round Table Council the day of the election
The New Round Table Conference is presented to the citizens of Akiba during the Akiba general election as the governing body of Akiba should Raynesia win. As part of Raynesia's election day speech, Shiroe reveals the members of the New Round Table Conference, with all of the original Conference's guilds save for Honesty and Grandale returning; Silver Sword joining after the Intercity Transport Gate between Akiba and Susukino was restored on Election Day; and, citing the need for representation for People of the Earth to govern a city where People of the Earth were now more than 70 percent of the population, three People of the Earth members: Raynesia as the new representative in lieu of Krusty; Li Gan, the Sage of Miral Lake, as technical advisor; and Kinjo, a member of the Kunie clan, as an advisor of urban and financial management. Moreover, with Akiba's deepened ties to Maihama, Isaac moves the Black Sword Knights' base of operations to Maihama while remaining with the New Round Table Council, while Calasin has Trade District 8 aid in stabilizing Eastal's logistics.
With Raynesia's victory over Eins in the Akiba general election, the New Round Table Conference has become the official governing body of Akiba.
Nightingale's Song arc[]
With the establishment of the New Round Table Council comes the establishment of departments such as the City Planning Department, which Shiroe works in. The New Round Table Council also plans other projects, such as the mission to rescue Krusty in the Zhongyuan server, and the potential to restart on the antenna project with the revival of the Intercity Transport Gate allowing access to manpower and resources in Susukino.
Twilight Orphan arc[]
Multiple representatives in the New Round Table Council and their adjutants are among the goodwill representatives visiting Minami and Westelande during this arc.
Purpose[]
The New Round Table Council has a mandate to govern all Akiba residents, Adventurers and People of the Earth alike. Accordingly, People of the Earth are also represented on the council.
The scope of the New Round Table also reflects greater integration with eastern Yamato, with the Black Sword Knights having relocated their headquarters to Maihama to work more closely with the Cowen family and Trade Network 8 working on stabilizing logistics networks across Eastal. Additionally, Susukino-based Silver Sword now sits on the council and attends its meetings, reflecting integration between the two Adventurer cities of eastern Yamato.
Members[]
Most of the previous Round Table Conference's members joined the New Round Table Council, with the exception of Honesty (seceded and then disbanded with Eins' self-imposed exile to Westelande) and Grandale (took up a new time-consuming trade as mailmen and sought to distance themselves from the troubles between Eastal/Akiba and Westelande/Minami).
There are also three new People of the Earth joining as spokespeople for the Earthlings: Raynesia, as the face of the New Round Table Conference and its representative; Li Gan, as its technical advisor; and Kinjo, as adviser of urban management.[1]
