Tuli (formerly translated as Touri) is a Wolf Fang Assassin-Gunner in the MMORPG Elder Tale.[1] He was also a former member of the now-disbanded Debauchery Tea Party. He either stopped playing at some point or wasn't online when the Catastrophe hit.
He looks like a cute little boy who wears leather armor, a large collar, and wields a dreadnought bowgun.[2]
His blunt childishness sometimes feels like he's sniping a target. In the Tea Party, he has the position of "pet dog."[1]

- Tuli shares his birthday, September 1, with Ragoumaru.[3]
- In original fan translations about the Tea Party and the official English translation of Homesteading the Noosphere, his name was translated as "Touri." However, the official translation of Krusty, Tycoon Lord switched to "Tuli."
- Phonetically, トゥリ sounds close to "Tree".
